9. Cancellation Notice
For covered residential home improvement contracts, consumer may have the right to cancel until midnight of the third business day after signing. Attach the required Notice of Cancellation form.
10. Lien Notice
If a contractor, subcontractor, or supplier is not paid, they may have rights under New York Lien Law. Consumer should understand payment and lien rights before signing.
