## Day 1 — Business Identity

- Confirm business name.
- Confirm exact license type and license number.
- Confirm phone/email/service areas.
- Collect 5–10 job photos if available.

## Day 2 — Website Setup

- Replace placeholders in `03_website/index.html`.
- Add real photos.
- Publish to domain/subdomain or simple hosting.
- Test Call / Email buttons.

## Day 3 — Google Business Profile

- Create or optimize Google Business Profile.
- Add services: flooring, painting, drywall, ceiling repair.
- Upload project photos.
- Add service areas.

## Day 4 — Documents

- Finalize estimate template.
- Finalize service agreement after legal/compliance review.
- Finalize invoice/change order templates.
- Create PDF versions.

## Day 5 — Lead List

- Build list of 50 property managers / GCs.
- Add name, phone, email, website.
- Prioritize by location and type of work.

## Day 6 — Outreach

- Send 30 cold messages/emails.
- Call 10 property managers.
- Post in 3 local Facebook/contractor groups if allowed.

## Day 7 — Follow-Up + Close

- Follow up with all warm replies.
- Offer walkthrough slots.
- Send written estimates within 24 hours.
- Track every lead in spreadsheet.

## Weekly KPI Targets

- 50 leads contacted
- 10 conversations
- 3 walkthroughs
